After he scored his third front row start yesterday, Lukas Tulovic started the fifth race of the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup 2021, which was declared as a wet race and reduced to five laps on slicks with a superb launch off the line. He took over the lead from the first corner and pulled away from the chasing pack. After one lap he already had an advantage of 1.8 seconds. Though the competitors tried to catch him, he kept his head down and eventually won his first ever race in the MotoE.

On sunny Saturday, Tech3 E-Racing’s Lukas Tulovic upped his game. In this early morning’s FP3 he already went 0.478 seconds quicker than on Friday afternoon to climb up to third overall. He managed to even top this by another 0.147 seconds in the exciting E-Pole this afternoon to conquer second position for a third time in five rounds, just 0.047 seconds behind the pole setter. Now Tulovic is more than eager to start from the front row again.

Following a longer summer break, the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup is back in action this weekend as well at the Red Bull Ring, which is new to many contenders of the class. For Tech3 E-Racing’s Lukas Tulovic the weekend started with obvious improvements. While lowering his lap time from FP1 to FP2 by 0.885 seconds, he also climbed up the standings from P8 to conclude day one inside the top 5.
